When the product is complete the company that gathered the resources for he creation of the product will receive commission for doing so.

A commission brief is basically a brief that states that the company receiving he brief will receive commission based on the work of another company, just for seeking out that companies employment and services.

The client will decided whether they want to hire the company if their pitch is successful and if they are they will be hired to take on the project described in the brief.

Communication will be regular when the client is deciding who to take on for their project and even more regular when a company is chosen to carry out the project.

The client is the Sundance London Festival, they require a short film product to showcase at their festival. Evaluating Client Briefs
Below are two more briefs I have annotated and evaluated in closer detail.
As you can see I have highlighted the key information in this brief and I have identified the main pieces of information
1. Who the client is
I have identified that the client for this particular brief is the Salford Royal NHS Foundation Trust.
The client requires someone to carry out the project of creating a 60 - 90 second short film, that needs to encourage visitors and patients to support and become a part of the NHS foundation trust.
3. Timescale to deliver final product to client
The final product will have to be submitted by Friday 8 June 2012, or it will not be considered for use by the client.
4. Who the target audience is
The target audience is patients and visitors to the Salford Royal NHS hospital.
5. What the legal and ethical issues and constraints are
- Any colours used within the final product have to be relevant to the NHS colour pallet.
- The name featured in the product must be ‘Salford Royal NHS Foundation Trust’ or ‘Salford Royal’ and not ‘Salford Royal Hospital’ or ‘Hope Hospital’ .
- The clients logo must appear at the start and end of the film
- At the end of the film, the credits must state that the product ‘was proudly made by local students from Salford City College for Salford Royal NHS Foundation Trust’.

The final product will have to be submitted by Friday 8 June 2012, or it will not be considered for use by the client.
4. Who the target audience is
The target audience is visitors to the Salford Royal NHS hospital.
5. What the legal and ethical issues and constraints are

Both briefs are quite similar though convey all necessary information in order for a team or individual to be able to carry out the clients brief and come up with a final product.
